Hello. Enclosed in these pages are some visual images - paintings, photographs and other graphics created and collected over the years. Having grown up on the coast of North Carolina, I have always been attracted to the water and boats.
In recent years, I have spent summers in Newfoundland, Canada, painting outdoors and recently had a show in Nova Scotia exhibiting many of my Canadian paintings. It was the culmination of years of paintings and most all of the paintings found homes back in Newfoundland or in Nova Scotia.

Residing near the Chesapeake Bay has opened many new painting possibilities as I explore the region and small fishing villages. Over the last few years, I have been painting while camping with my artist sister at state parks all over Virginia.
I am never happier than when I am painting outside trying in a few hours to capture a fleeting scene as the sun moves across the sky.
